Season 4 added Yasmine to Street Fighter 6 alongside a slew of balance tweaks. Since then, players have been grinding away online for the purpose of figuring out the new meta.
However, it would seem that some players may be experiencing some issues with the online Ranked Mode for Street Fighter 6. Capcom has confirmed the presence of network errors and are conducting an investigation in order to implement a fix in the near future.
“We have confirmed network errors affecting online matches for some players today, and are currently investigating the cause,” said Capcom over social media.
Capcom has also acknowledged that these confirmed network errors might be penalizing players that get intentionally disconnected. These penalties are set to be reversed at a later date, but Capcom is quick to point out that this shouldn’t be seen as a free pass to quit out of matches early until then.
“Penalties imposed due to these errors will be reversed at a later date. Please note that intentional disconnections are not eligible,” continued Capcom.
“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.”
