Purchase Mega Stones from the Frontier Shop

For most players, the Frontier Shop will be the primary source of Mega Stones. You can access the Frontier Shop directly from the main menu. Once inside, you’ll find a selection of Mega Stones available for purchase using VP (Victory Points).

Each Mega Stone costs 2,000 VP, making them a significant investment for new players. Since VPs take time to earn, it’s usually a good idea to prioritize Mega Stones for Pokémon you actively use instead of purchasing them randomly.

Complete the Mega Evolution Tutorial

Step 1: Add the Pokémon to Your Team

Before you can equip a Mega Stone, the compatible Pokémon must be part of your active battle team. If the Pokémon isn’t currently in your lineup, the game won’t allow you to assign the stone. Therefore, make sure your chosen Pokémon is already in your party before attempting to equip anything.

Next, players need to head to the held-item screen.

• Open the main menu.
• Select Box.
