The military abandoned plans to use Army helicopters to evacuate wounded troops involved in the war with Iran, and instead resorted to slower ground-based evacuations, in part due to the threat of drone strikes, according to a Defense Department Office of the Inspector General report released Monday. The Controlled Cannabis Supply Chain Experiment in the Netherlands entered its experimental phase on 7 April 2025. In ten intervention municipalities, coffeeshops are required to sell only cannabis products supplied by licensed growers participating in the experiment.
