The delegation received a comprehensive overview of ASELSAN’s advanced defense technologies, with a particular focus on electronic warfare systems, air defense solutions, ongoing joint projects and the company’s serial production capabilities. The visit also provided an opportunity to exchange views on the evolving security environment and the growing role of advanced defense technologies in strengthening allied capabilities.
As part of the program, the delegation toured ASELSAN’s production facilities and manufacturing halls, gaining first-hand insight into the company’s high-volume production infrastructure and technology-driven manufacturing processes. President Nawrocki stated that Türkiye is one of NATO’s strongest armies and emphasized that cooperation between the two countries’ industries is indispensable, stressing that collaboration between Türkiye and Poland is very important as both sides remain closely attached and have been strategic partners for decades.
ASELSAN President & CEO Ahmet Akyol stated regarding the visit: “It was an honor to present to President Nawrocki our advanced technologies developed for the requirements of the modern battlefield, as well as potential opportunities for future cooperation.
