Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) – Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of National Defense said in a press release that the repaired vehicles include 104 Humvee armored tanks, 11 assault tanks, 114 International vehicles, 658 Ranger vehicles, 22 forklifts, 10 Ranger mobile workshops, 11 Ranger ambulances, 14 Hilux vehicles, 5 cranes and a number of other non-armored vehicles.
The ministry added that in the weapons sector, 2 SPG9s, 1 .82 cannon, 5 Russian machine guns, 4 ZEV M-23s, 2 M-203s, 41 Kalashnikovs, 56 M16s, 1 M4, 4 M2s, 1 Pika and a number of other weapons have been repaired and made ready for use.
Previously, the technical and professional teams of the Ministry of National Defense had repaired hundreds of military vehicles and made them ready for use again.
