[June 16, 2026] – Smart Shooter, a designer, developer, and manufacturer of innovative fire control systems, announced today that it has signed an additional agreement with the Israeli Ministry of Defense to supply SMASH Hopper lightweight remote-controlled weapon stations, including spare parts and related services.
The base agreement is valued at approximately NIS 5.8 million, with delivery expected by the end of 2026. The agreement also includes a six-month option to expand the procurement of spare parts and additional related services, valued at approximately NIS 1.6 million. If exercised, the total value of the agreement may reach approximately NIS 7.4 million.
SMASH Hopper is a portable, lightweight fire control system designed for remote operation and deployment on stationary and mobile platforms, including light vehicles, robots, and fixed posts. Its compact size and low weight make it well-suited for complex and diverse operational environments, including dense urban terrain, border defense missions, and the protection of sensitive facilities. SMASH Hopper systems have been in use by the IDF for several years.

The latest agreement with the Israeli Ministry of Defense follows a series of recent awards and contracts announced by Smart Shooter in recent months, including a June 2026 award for soldier-portable fire control systems for the U.S. Marine Corps, valued at approximately $3.4 million and potentially up to $5.8 million if options are exercised; a June 2026 first significant contract with the U.S. Navy, valued at approximately $1.8 million; a May 2026 agreement with the Israeli Ministry of Defense for remote-controlled weapon stations, potentially valued at up to NIS 14.6 million; a May 2026 U.S. Army contract valued at approximately $10.7 million; and a March 2026 award for systems for U.S. Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF-401), valued at approximately $2.4 million and potentially up to $4.7 million if options are exercised.
