Limbus Company, the turn-based RPG developed by Project Moon, is now set to release its newest Chapter 10 and Season 8 Punctum on September 17, 2026. Here, I will drop all the new characters, EGOs, Announcers, and exciting things coming to Limbus Company in the new Chapter 10.
From the creators of Lobotomy Corporation and Library of Ruina, another tale set in the same unique world unfolds. In this massive dystopian metropolis, you will embark on a journey to find Golden Boughs with a cast of 12 Sinners. Enjoy a gripping story and the series of events that await. Now the story continues through Chapter 10.
Limbus Company Chapter 10 details
Fans of the game who have been wondering whose story we will be entering, well, look no further; this time it’s our Meursault’s time, and his story is gonna be based on the famous book “The STRANGER” by the writer Albert Camus. This time, we will witness what happened to Meursault after Chapter 9, Intervello, and how we reached this point of mess in the story.
In case you are wondering about the release schedule of the story, here it is:
- Chapter 10 Part 1 will be released on 17th September 2026
- Chapter 10 Part 2 will be released on 24th September 2026
- Chapter 10 Part 3 will be released on 10th October 2026
Limbus Company Season 8 details
With a new chapter comes a new battle pass. This time, the new season debut characters are Ryoshu and Ishmael, but we are getting a new ZAYIN Ego for Hong Lu, a TETH Ego for Rodion, and new WAW EGOs for Mersault and Faust. Also, the announcer is Mersault for this season’s reward, but we have two new announcers between them: G.M. Sisyphe and Jeanne.
Apart from that, we have our usual Shard Crates, Level-up/Level Boost Tickets, Threads, Extract Tickets, Lunacy, ID Uptie 4 Module, and numerous Enkephalin modules. But do keep in mind that if you have any ego crates, shards, or threads from the previous season, they will be halved during this new season.
I do want to mention that not everything will be unlocked directly from the get-go on the battle pass, as its max-level rewards are gonna be locked from Level 41; it will unlock for good when Part 3 of Chapter 10 releases (10th October 2026). So take your time to enjoy the story and dungeon clearing till then.
The New IDs in Limbus Company Season 8
The new sinner IDs this season that will be debuting are for Ryoshu and Ishmael.
Ishmael is getting a Haute Couture Boutique du Rouge ID. From what I saw in the game trailer, it seems it is a Bleed-based ID. No extra information is present yet for this ID.
Ryoshu is getting a Haute Couture Le Noir Footwear Hall ID. There is no information present for this ID yet, but I expect it to be a new hybrid ID that will be a mix of bleed.
New Gameplay elements in Limbus Company with this update
A new top-down perspective has been seen, and from what I see, they are moving towards real-time battle instead of the tradional turn based chain linked gameplay. New players can also directly play the new chapter by clearing Canto 1 to check out the new gameplay.
Now, on the more technical side of things, Limbus Company Season 7 IDs and Egos will be locked till the next season arrives. On the other hand, Season 6 IDs and Egos will be unlocked. So have fun building a solid Bleed team with the Rupture and Poise IDs. Our sinner level caps are also getting higher, from 55 to 60.
The new mirror dungeon #8 is still being worked on, so we don’t have any idea what or when it’s going to be ready, but rest assured, it will be very soon. So rogue mirror dungeon fans, don’t worry for long, as I expect it will drop right after part 3 of the story patch. Don’t forget to claim your current dungeon bonuses before it goes away forever.
