Once again, the Parc des Expositions de Villepinte, just south of Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport, has become the focal point for land warfare experts in mid-June of an even year.
The benchmark for land defence exhibitions never stops growing. Looking at statistics, the 2026 edition saw the presence of over 2,600 exhibitors (+28%) from 67 countries (6 more), more than 60,000 professional entries (+43%) in the five days of exhibition, 440 official delegations (+24%). More than 900 media (+42%), the percentages in brackets referring to the increase compared to the 2024 edition.
More and more international, 40 national pavilions were present, the most significative growth in terms of exhibitors’ presence was that of Ukraine, from 5 to 80 companies, covering an exhibition area five times wider than in 2024. Eurosatory is typically an armoured vehicles event, and the 2026 edition made no exception. However, compared to 2024 they made no big titles, uncertainties about some major European programmes moving to the right some decisions, which include military, political and industrial issues, and it is probably wrong to put first military ones …
