The 34th International Defense Industry Exhibition will take place from 8 to 11 September 2026 at Targi Kielce (Poland); even ahead of the trade show’s launch, this year’s MSPO has already set a new record. Over 1,000 exhibitors from 40 countries have confirmed their participation, and the entire exhibition area is fully sold out. For the first time, a newly built 15,500 m² expo hall will be utilized, expanding Targi Kielce’s total indoor display space to an impressive 53,500 m².
Canada has been designated as the Lead Nation, preparing the largest national showcase in the history of its presence at MSPO. As many as 180 Canadian enterprises will present in Kielce, with other major foreign contingents including Germany (89 companies), the United States (53), Australia (53), and the United Kingdom (38). Organized from its inception in close cooperation with the Ministry of National Defence, the event is held under the Honorary Auspices of the President of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki. PGZ (Polish Armaments Group) remains the Strategic Partner of the Exhibition.
An analysis of this year’s exhibitor roster highlights a clear trend—alongside traditional manufacturers of armaments, military vehicles, and munitions, a rapidly growing segment of the display comprises companies developing dual-use technologies. Artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, optoelectronics, autonomous systems, advanced materials, and logistics/infrastructure solutions are becoming integral components of the modern defence industry.
One of the most compelling highlights of this year’s MSPO will be AI-powered technologies. Canada’s OVA will showcase its StellarX training platform along with Agent X, an artificial intelligence agent designed for military instruction. Germany’s Materna Virtual Solution will present secure information-processing solutions classified up to NATO RESTRICTED, while South Korea’s Airbility has selected MSPO for the global debut of its KAMD system, purpose-built to neutralize unmanned aerial vehicles in GNSS-denied environments.
Optoelectronics will also boast a formidable presence at MSPO. Sill Optics will present cutting-edge solutions for night-vision, laser rangefinder, and thermal imaging systems; PREXER will display thermal and night-vision sights alongside a UAV jamming system; and Spain’s Indra will bring its AESA NEMUS radar, electronic warfare suites, and Counter-UAS solutions. Turkey’s STM will feature its NETA autonomous underwater vehicles, KARGU loitering munitions, TOGAN unmanned aerial vehicle, and naval vessel designs.
Military logistics is playing an increasingly prominent role, too. Polish company Contineo will showcase modular container systems for armed forces and emergency services; Germany’s HETEK will feature its autonomous container loading and levelling system; and Pagacz i Synowie will present the PITON gunshot detection system, Composhield armouring, RunFlat inserts, and self-sealing fuel tanks.
MSPO will also host enterprises driving industrial manufacturing. Abas Business Solutions will present its tailored ERP system for manufacturing plants; Ecoline will introduce the Ecolink IQ platform, leveraging AI for predictive maintenance; and Axon’s Cable, CGP, WH Technologies, and Galkor will demonstrate solutions deployed across defense, aerospace, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
The Event Strategic Partner, PGZ Polish Armament Group, will anchor its extensive showcase in Targi Kielce’s new exhibition hall, highlighting critical modernization programs being executed for the Polish Armed Forces. Another vital centerpiece of this year’s event will be the 27th Armed Forces Exhibition, organized under the banner “Innovation and AI Technologies as Benchmarks for Modern Armed Forces”.
This year’s MSPO reinforces that the contemporary defence sector is relying ever more heavily on dual-use technologies. Alongside conventional weapon systems, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, optoelectronics, autonomous platforms, and production/logistics solutions have become equally vital—and these key domain capabilities will take centre stage at the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition.
