Two belts are heading to Foxwoods, and David Winiarski has his chance to leave with one. BKB has announced a world championship double-header for BKB 63 on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut. Lorawnt-T “Smash” Nelson will defend his super middleweight title against Winiarski, while featherweight champion Yampier Ramirez faces Jorge Martinez. Nelson enters the main event with a 10-1-1 record and nine knockouts.
The two-division champion has won seven straight fights, finishing six of those opponents. His latest outing ended with a fourth-round knockout of Serob Minasyan at BKB 56 in Los Angeles in July. Before that, he stopped Mark Tiffin in the opening round at BKB 53. Winiarski is walking into a title fight against someone who has made a habit of finishing early.

“I respect anyone willing to step into the Trigon, but come fight night, it’s all business,” Nelson said in the announcement. “David Winiarski is coming for my title, and I’m going to make him earn every bit of it.” Winiarski Earns His Shot With First-Round Finish Scotland’s “Tartan Titan” secured his place by knocking out Geraint Goodridge at BKB 60 in Newcastle on October 10.
The title eliminator lasted just 63 seconds, ending Goodridge’s unbeaten run and giving Winiarski his fifth professional bare-knuckle victory. He heads into December at 5-1, with four wins by knockout. That result followed a second-round stoppage of James Connelly at BKB 54 in Manchester. Winiarski has therefore put together back-to-back finishes since his third-round stoppage loss to Keiron Harding at BKB 49. The belt is the next step, although Nelson presents a different assignment from the opponents who got him here.
“I asked for this fight, and now that I’ve got it, I’m not going to waste the opportunity,” Winiarski said in the announcement. “Nelson is a great champion, but I believe in myself, and I’m coming to BKB 63 ready to take that belt.” Ramirez and Martinez Put Unbeaten Records on the Line The featherweight championship fight brings together two men who have yet to need the judges.
Ramirez is 5-0 with five stoppages, while Martinez is 2-0 with two knockouts. Martinez could become world champion in just his third professional bare-knuckle appearance. Ramirez already has a Foxwoods finish on his record, stopping Ash Williams in the second round at BKB 52. He also knocked out Triston Harrison in the first round at BKB 58 in Miami. Martinez’s most recent victory came against Ryan Venable, whom he stopped in the opening round at BKB 56.
