Mittler Report Verlag, which also publishes Soldat & Technik, is a cooperation partner for this year’s Enforce Tac, Germany’s leading trade fair for internal and external security in Nuremberg. In addition to producing the official trade fair magazine for the event, taking place from February 23–25, the publisher’s Defence Career platform is collaborating with Enforce Tac’s Jobzone. The goal of both partners is to help address the urgent need for skilled professionals in Germany’s rapidly growing security and defence industry. Defence Career will be present both physically within the Jobzone exhibition space and online.
The Enforce Tac Jobzone gives young talent and experienced professionals in the security and defence sectors the opportunity to view current job openings from exhibitors and connect directly with potential employers on site. The new collaboration aims to increase reach and generate additional synergies. Both employers and applicants benefit from a focused, professional setting for direct interaction with HR teams searching for technical and leadership talent. Exhibitors at Enforce Tac can thereby position themselves as attractive employer brands.

Direct exchange between employers and applicants at Enforce Tac
The official partner, mission:hire, supports targeted networking between companies and qualified applicants. As a personnel service provider, mission:hire manages the organizational aspects of the Jobzone, including on-site exhibitor support, coordination of video production, and support for digital communication via social media and the website. A particular highlight: mission:hire produces short company or job profile videos on-site and makes them available for free use within 24 hours. This comprehensive package ensures maximum visibility and reach for participating companies.
Overall, the exhibition space at Enforce Tac will grow this year to over 60,000 square meters across seven halls. For the next edition, from March 2–4, 2027, the space will expand to nearly 73,000 square meters across eight halls. A new hall cluster will also be introduced to improve orientation across the venue and reflect the security and technological requirements of the coming years. Also new in 2027: the trade fair will run from Tuesday to Thursday, better accommodating the needs of authorities and operational personnel.
Enforce Tac is thus developing into the central European platform where innovation, strategic cooperation, and technological advancement come together. “Enforce Tac is far more than a trade fair. It is a future lab where we work together to make European security more resilient and responsible,” emphasizes event director Jasmin Rutka, adding: “With the additional space, the new schedule, and clearly structured hall clusters, we are creating conditions for growth and development, precisely where security, technology, and strategic collaboration intersect.”
