PARIS, France, April 20, 2026 – VITEC, a leader in Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) video streaming solutions, will present its latest video streaming technologies during Eurosatory 2026, held at Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre, June 15-19. Hall 5a, Booth D55 will feature a range of tactical video systems, including the PRISM SFF (small form factor), VITEC’s most compact transcoder to date. Also on show will be VITEC’s TOUGH encoder family, and the MGW Diamond H, all designed to meet the most demanding military and defense applications.
“PRISM SFF was built for defense and security teams requiring full transcoding capability in systems that fit into tight spaces, operate on limited power, and drop straight into existing video workflows,” said Mark Rushton, Global Defense and Security Lead at VITEC. “PRISM SFF delivers that performance in a compact form factor suited to mobile and field deployments. When paired with ChannelLink, it allows video to move reliably across contribution, distribution, and gateway environments without changing the underlying infrastructure.”
PRISM SFF provides the same core capabilities as VITEC’s full‑size PRISM platform but is optimized for deployments where rack space and power availability are restricted. The transcoder can be used as a standalone unit or configured with up to three units in 1RU of rack space, making it suitable for mobile racks, edge installations, and field‑based systems. By eliminating external power supplies and reducing overall power consumption, PRISM SFF supports more efficient system design in operationally constrained environments.
The platform supports both live IP stream and file‑based transcoding, delivering multiple H.264 or HEVC outputs while maintaining consistent video quality across contribution and distribution workflows.
Also on display at Eurosatory will be VITEC’s broader portfolio of video streaming and ISR technologies, including compact and rugged encoding solutions designed for low‑latency video contribution and distribution in demanding operational environments. The demonstrations highlight VITEC’s focus on practical video systems that adapt to mission requirements rather than relying on purpose‑built infrastructure.
