Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is headed back to “The City of Love.”
Today, the promotion released UFC Paris’ official promotional poster on social media.
Not bad, UFC poster designers. Not bad.
Hooker (24-14) is riding a two-fight losing streak, suffering stoppage losses in both appearances. In his most recent outing, “The Hangman” was stopped by Benoit Saint Denis at UFC 325 (watch highlights). Before that, he was submitted by No. 2-ranked Lightweight Arman Tsarukyan in UFC Qatar’s main event (watch highlights).
Before his recent skid, Hooker was riding a three-fight winning streak with victories over Claudio Puelles, Jalin Turner and Mateusz Gamrot.
Now, he has another French killer looking to make a name off him.
Parnasse (23-2) has long been considered one of the absolute best fighters competing outside UFC—and now he is finally here.
The 28-year-old is coming off a first-round destruction of Kenneth Cross at MVP MMA 1 earlier this year, folding the American with a vicious body shot in his United States debut.
Parnasse is riding a five-fight winning streak and previously held KSW’s Featherweight and Lightweight titles simultaneously. He attempted to become the promotion’s first three-division champion in Dec. 2023 but came up short against Welterweight champion Adrian Bartosinski, which remains his most recent loss.
