Revenant XSpark has announced that the team is heading to Istanbul, Türkiye, for the Brawl Stars Challengers Finals, taking place from September 5 to 6 at the ESA Esports Arena.
Representing Southeast Asia, the team will compete alongside 11 other regional Challengers champions, with the winner securing the final spot in Brawl Stars Championship One Last Chance Qualifier in Guangzhou, China.
Revenant XSpark has a tough road ahead in Istanbul
So, Revenant XSpark has been drawn into Group B, where it will go up against SK Gaming from France and South Korea’s Good Game. The group stage begins on September 5, 2026, with the 12 teams split across four groups and playing in a round-robin format, while the top eight will move on to the playoffs the following day.
That said, this is not the Indian squad’s first time dealing with the pressure of an international Brawl Stars event. The team made its way through the 2025 Last Chance Qualifier before finishing 3rd–4th at the Brawl Stars World Finals 2025, picking up an $80,000 team prize and becoming only the second Indian team to reach the World Stage Finals.
A mix of experience and fresh talent
As for the team, Ashmit “Sergeant Clash” Raj Singh remains one of the key names on the roster and has already shown what he can do under pressure. I mean, he was an important part of Revenant XSpark’s 2025 LCQ run and will now look to bring that same composure to Istanbul, alongside Jayden “X9Jay” Wong, who has solid experience from the Southeast Asian scene.
If you’re unaware, Jayden has won four SEA Monthly Finals in 2023 and also picked up an Asia Pacific Monthly Finals title in 2024, while the Singaporean player, Walkthrough, brings a more aggressive style to the lineup as he enters his first year of international LAN competition.
With the team combining proven experience with a newer face, I’m sure Revenant XSpark will be able to repeat its strong international run and even take a next step toward another World Championship appearance. As a Brawl Stars fan, I love seeing more competition from different regions in the World Finals, and I can’t wait to watch this two-day esports event.
