BLACKCELL JOINT STOCK COMPANY has announced the launch of its real-time strategy game, North War 2: Island Defense 3D, now available on Android. Inspired by Norse mythology, there is currently no information available about an iOS release.
You can now command Viking heroes across challenging island battles
Set in a world torn apart by the events of Ragnarok, North War 2: Island Defense 3D follows a commander tasked with preventing another catastrophe from engulfing the Nine Realms. You receive this responsibility from Thrúd, Thor’s fierce daughter, and must lead your forces through dangerous encounters to reclaim lost territory.
You can recruit over 15 heroes from Norse-inspired factions and classes, develop them, deploy units carefully, and respond to incoming enemy waves. You can equip warriors with faction-specific gear and artifacts and unlock deeper skill trees as you take on PvP battles, Endless, and Dungeon Modes.
With several modes to explore and different hero combinations to experiment with, the game looks like a fun option for players who enjoy TD elements mixed with RTS and hero progression. Plus, the game also includes over 60 handcrafted island levels, star-based objectives, 3D visuals, a 360-degree control system, mythical enemies, bosses, a gacha system, and more.
