CoffeeNap Games has released Card Homestead, a strategy game combining roguelite deckbuilding with grid-based farm management. The complete version 1.0 is now available for PC via Steam, accompanied by a free demo and an introductory 10% discount running until August 13.
Set on a stretch of barren land, Card Homestead challenges players to construct a productive farm capable of covering a tax bill that increases with each passing day. Players develop their property by drafting one of three delivered cards every day and placing it on the available grid.
Buildings activate in sequence when the turn ends, making their position just as important as the cards included in the deck.
Adjacent structures can trigger additional effects, generate chain reactions, and form increasingly efficient production systems. Gold earned through these combinations can then be used to reclaim more territory, providing additional space for larger and more complex layouts.

Runs are periodically disrupted by Trials, which introduce new threats capable of interfering with an established setup. Players must therefore balance immediate income against longer-term planning, adapting their deck and farm layout before the next financial target arrives.
The full release includes more than 110 cards divided among seven themes, allowing for different production engines and placement strategies. Card Homestead also features 31 Steam achievements, Steam Cloud support, multiple difficulty options, and an Endless Mode for players interested in continuing beyond the standard progression.
CoffeeNap Games stated that version 1.0 will not mark the end of development. The studio plans to introduce additional content and improvements after launch, with future changes shaped in part by player feedback. Below is the latest trailer.
