Pepperbox Studios has announced the launch of the beloved incremental button-collecting title, Buttons Up!, now available on both Android and iOS. Originally developed by Jestercraft, the indie strategy first arrived on PC in 2025 and has finally made its way to mobile.
Tap, upgrade, automate, and protect your stash
Buttons Up! starts off as simply as you would expect. You can tap away to collect buttons, then put your growing stash to work by purchasing buildings, unlocking skills, and upgrading your operations. As things expand, collectors can take over the repetitive work, letting your button supply keep growing even when you are not actively playing.
However, Sneaky gnomes can break into your stash and try to make off with your hard-earned buttons, so you’ll need to keep an eye on your empire and stop them before they get away. Alongside the idle progressions, skills, powerups, lasers, and new worlds give you more ways to keep the collection moving.
With its minimalist art style and laid-back gameplay, Buttons Up! looks like the kind of incremental game that works equally well for a few minutes at a time or longer hoarding sessions. You don’t have to worry about any complicated setup either, with the focus staying on collecting, upgrading, automating your income, and seeing just how big your button empire can become.
