COCOA, FL — A 21-year-old man was fatally shot Monday night after allegedly confronting another individual with a rifle during a dispute at an apartment complex, according to the Cocoa Police Department. The incident occurred around 11:00 p.m. in the parking lot in front of the 1634 Building at Oak Meadows Apartments.
