Dana White shared before-and-after photos of UFC Vegas 123 fighter Farman Hasanov following the conclusion of the fight, and they are not for the faint of heart.
Hasanov took on Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani in a welterweight bout that kicked off the main card. The fight saw Lebosnoyani win the first two rounds on all three judges’ scorecards, although he appeared to pick up the pace only midway through round 2, unleashing a flurry of punches on Hasanov that opened a deep, nasty cut above his left eye.
The 27-year-old did not stop there as he continued battering Hasanov repeatedly in the cut area. After the end of round 2, ‘The Lion’ was examined by doctors, and the referee, Dan Miragliotta, was also told to have a check on the cut even as the next round began.
Over 2 minutes into the final round, Miragliotta had seen enough and waved off the fight as Lebosnoyani earned a TKO win via doctor stoppage.
Dana White Shares Gnarly Photos of Farman Hasanov’s Cut
Hours later, UFC President Dana White shared gnarly photos of Farman Hasanov’s cut suffered at UFC Vegas 123. Taking to Instagram Stories, White captioned the pre-stitched-up snap of Hasanov’s cut, “Happy Halloween.” The next story showed a close-up of his stitched-up face.

The loss snapped an impressive five-fight winning streak for Hasanov. In fact, it was the first defeat in his MMA career. Having made his MMA debut in 2022, Hasanov made his UFC debut just a few months earlier, when he took on Eric Nolan in June 2026. The 31-year-old earned a unanimous decision win.
