Team Wendy has begun deliveries to the EXFIL Endurance launch customer in the Middle East
27th October 2026, Cleveland, Ohio, US: Team Wendy®, a leading provider of protective head systems for law enforcement, military and search-and-rescue communities, announces the launch of EXFIL® Endurance, its newest ballistic helmet system for military and law enforcement users.
Team Wendy has already begun first deliveries of EXFIL Endurance to the land forces of a Middle East country.
Constructed from an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene shell with signature EXFIL geometry, the EXFIL Endurance is the newest ultra-lightweight helmet in the Team Wendy ballistic portfolio (2.29 lbs), delivering exceptional comfort, energy absorption and protection for extended duration missions.
The EXFIL Endurance is built with Ceradyne™ Ballistic Technology featuring no thru-hole design and mechanically fastened rails and shroud, and a patented Seamless Shell construction which preserves fiber continuity for uncompromised ballistic performance.
The helmet system features the EXFIL Endurance Air Fit helmet liner design with Team Wendy’s ZORBIUM® Foam Technology, which is the culmination of Team Wendy’s extensive research into traumatic brain injury prevention. This proven technology delivers industry-leading impact protection while maintaining a lightweight profile; with integrated air channels, advanced heat dissipation, cooling fabric, and strategically placed cooling pads to enhance breathability. Additionally, the system’s CAM FIT® precision retention systems are cable supported with a BOA® rear dial, and CAM FIT locks provide exceptional comfort, stability and all-day wearability.
With a low-profile reinforced polycarbonate shatter resistant reverse dovetail rail system for widely universal attachments, NVG shroud with updated shock cords for enhanced stability with night vision, Velcro pattern designed for optimal cable management and communication headset integration, the EXFIL Endurance enables enhanced mission effectiveness for tactical users.
