The Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls Open Beta came to its conclusion last week. The game is now set to be officially launched on August 6, 2026.
Marvel Tokon is set to feature a base roster made up of 20 characters — Captain America, Iron Man, Black Panther, Hulk, Spider-Man, Star-Lord, Ms. Marvel, Peni Parker, Storm, Wolverine, Magik, Danger, Dr. Doom, Magneto, Green Goblin, Carnage, Ghost Rider, Blade, Loki and Deadpool.
Phoenix Cyclops will be the first DLC character for the game. Leaked footage that emerged recently also seemingly revealed a hidden character that might be unlockable within the game itself.
Some fans have revealed that they’ve been able to obtain a copy of Marvel Tokon even though we’re still a few days out from its official release date. One user on Reddit even posted an image of them holding the Marvel Tokon physical case.
Initially, some people were skeptical of how this user only showed the case and the menus on the screen rather than showing the physical disc itself. However, Episode Mode footage has been surfacing on YouTube in unlisted videos (if you know where to look).
To avoid spoiling for those that wish to wait to play the game for themselves, we will not be posting those videos in this story, but I can affirm that I’ve seen convincing proof of early copies of the game being out there.
