Islam Makhachev, Machine Gun Kelly, and several others have reacted to former UFC double champ Conor McGregor’s UFC 329 TKO (injury) loss to Max Holloway.
After five years, “The Notorious” finally returned to the octagon earlier tonight to run it back with Holloway, whom the Irishman had beaten 13 years ago by unanimous decision despite tearing his ACL during the bout.
This time, however, Conor McGregor suffered a knee injury after the opening bell while landing a jumping roundhouse kick, after which the Dubliner was unable to stand properly or switch stances. With “The Notorious” in no condition to continue, the referee stepped in and waved off the contest, handing Max Holloway a TKO victory in Round 1 (1:09 mark).
