How to play with Friends in Pokémon Champions
Once you’ve successfully added your friends, you can start having all the Pokémon fun Pokémon Champions has to offer together. And unlike the Ranked Battles in the game, friendly matches in this game happen in the Private Rooms players create.
These private lobbies allow players to create custom battle rooms where they can challenge friends, experiment with strategies, and enjoy casual matches without risking their competitive ranking. To create a Private Battle room:

- Open the Battle menu and select Private Battle.
- Create a new room. You can configure your preferred battle rules here.
- Confirm the settings, and you’ll get a Room ID generated.
- Share the Room ID with your friends and wait for everyone to join.
- Start the match when all players are ready.
After your friends join the room, the battle can begin immediately. Also, all players in the room will follow the rules established by the host. Therefore, it’s a good idea to communicate those rules beforehand so everyone understands the format being used.
