The KWU SENSHI community in Brazil will mark another important milestone on its calendar with the 1st KWU SENSHI Amazonas Championship, scheduled for June 20. The event will take place at Ginásio Ninimberg Guerra and will begin at 2:00 p.m., bringing athletes together for a new opportunity for competitive development and for strengthening the discipline in the northern region of the country.
The championship is expected to gather 105 athletes, a number that reflects the interest in and growth of KWU SENSHI in the state of Amazonas. The first edition of the event represents an important step toward consolidating the organization in the region and expanding competitive opportunities for local practitioners.
The competition is set to feature the following divisions: Children Female, Infanto Juvenile Female, Infanto Juvenile Male, Juvenile Male, and Adult. The variety of categories reinforces the event’s purpose of bringing together athletes at different stages of development, encouraging technical improvement, competitive experience, and sporting spirit.
The 1st KWU SENSHI Amazonas Championship arrives as another initiative aimed at strengthening Kyokushin in Brazil, promoting integration among athletes, giving visibility to the work being developed in the region, and supporting the continued growth of the martial arts community.
With more than one hundred participants expected, the event promises to be a special moment for KWU SENSHI Amazonas, marking the beginning of a new stage in the organization’s competitive development in the state.
