Ingrid’s gameplay trailer for Street Fighter 6 was released not too long ago. She’ll become available on May 28, 2026, marking the end of Season 3.
Those that attended Evo Japan 2026 earlier this year apparently had the opportunity to try Ingrid out in a special test build of Street Fighter 6. Thanks to this, we are now able to view Ingrid’s entire movelist.
However, it would seem that Capcom has prohibited recording of gameplay that featured Ingrid at the event. Despite this, some fans were able to relay their findings about the character.
As such, Broski has created a video that has him providing an overview of what has been said about Ingrid. Of course, it’s important to keep in mind that since these are impressions from players of a test build, Ingrid could end up being different upon release compared to these reports.
Though Ingrid doesn’t have a traditional “dragon punch” motion, she’s still capable of anti-airing with the light version of her “Sun Rise” special (performed with a quarter-circle forward motion and the light kick button).
Fans have noticed that Ingrid doesn’t have access to a throw loop, which has led some to believe that throw loops could be getting removed universally. Then again, we’ve been hearing these sort of reports every time a major balance patch was incoming, but they’re still part of the game.
