Tyson Fury and Arslanbek Makhmudov came face-to-face once again earlier today (Thurs., April, 9, 2026) in London, England at the conclusion of their final press conference ahead of their highly-anticipated Heavyweight boxing match scheduled for Sat., April 11 live on Netflix. And while there were no blown kisses this time around, the two men once again kept it cordial with Arslanbek bear hugging and then picking up Fury during the staredown.
This will be Fury’s first fight since announcing he would be making a comeback earlier this year after opting for retirement in Jan. 2025. Fury is coming off back-to-back defeats at the hands of Heavyweight kingpin, Oleksandr Usyk, the only two losses of his career. As for Makhmudov, he was last seen defeating David Allen via unanimous decision in Oct. 2025, winning the WBA intercontinental Heavyweight title
