Tips to add friends in the game

There is always more fun involved while playing with friends. The option to add friends has become a close-to mandatory feature in every game so that the players can enjoy themselves together. As expected, this option is also available in Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Mobile, and here’s our guide on how to add in-game friends in Rainbow Six Mobile.

How to add in-game friends in Rainbow Six Mobile

In Rainbow Six Mobile, you can add or remove friends from your list. However, unlike most games, you can’t add others by entering their In-Game-Name (IGN), instead, you’ll need the Player ID to add a friend. Now, to add a friend in-game, follow the steps mentioned below:

• Step 1: Open Rainbow Six Mobile on your device.
• Step 2: Once the game is open, you’ll be directed to the main screen. Click on the Social section present beside the Platinum currency on the top right-hand side.

• Step 3: Tap on Add, and here, you’ll find your Player ID at the top right side. So, just tap on it to copy your ID.

• Step 4: Once the Player ID has been copied, you can share it with the friend. He now has to enter the Player ID by heading over to the same section and than Add.

• Step 5: And if you want to add, you can tap on Search By ID at the top left side and just type or paste your friend’s Player ID.

The above image also shows a list of recent players who played in or against your team. You can also just click on the desired player’s profile picture and tap on Add Friend to send a friend request.

How to add Leaderboard players to your Friends List in Rainbow Six Mobile

Leaderboard players in Rainbow Six Mobile are those whose stats are at the highest in terms of Match Wins, Kills, MVPs, Rank or Lifetime Score. The Leaderboards display the Top 199 players who have the highest stats in each of the above-mentioned factors. To add a Leaderboard player as a friend, follow the steps mentioned below:

• Step 1: Open Rainbow Six Mobile on the device.

• Step 2: Upon reaching the main screen, head over to the Leaderboards section that is visible at the bottom of the screen.
• Step 3: Click on the profile picture of the desired player that you want to add.
• Step 4: Now, copy their Player ID and paste in Socials to add them.

Do note that there might be players who might have their friend lists filled up. To avoid this, simply remove a player from the friend’s list by following the method mentioned below:

• ‘Friends’ section -> click on the profile picture of the player to be removed -> click the ‘Remove Friend’ option highlighted in red.
