The top-ranked Ferris State University football team used a strong defensive effort and a powerful rushing attack to secure a 38-10 road win over Michigan Tech and extend its school-record winning streak to 21 games.
The Bulldog defense registered five interceptions, including a 29-yard interception return for a score from sophomore defensive back Alston Ware in the second quarter. Michigan Tech was held to just 219 yards of total offense and was just 2-for-13 on third-down conversion attempts.
