The 2026 digital release is locked for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and now Nintendo Switch 2, with a fresh look at a Cadence and Fret musical scene.
Iridium Studios and Annapurna Interactive have revealed the full voice cast for People of Note in a new Xbox Wire post, confirming the turn-based RPG musical is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 alongside its previously announced platforms.
People of Note follows Cadence, a pop singer who gets shut out of the Noteworthy Song Contest and decides her solo act will not cut it.
Her answer is to build a band by traveling across the world of Note, with locations framed around different musical cultures, including Durandis, the Kingdom of Rock and Roll, plus places like the EDM city of Lumina.
Annapurna describes battles as interactive musical performances with real time rhythm timing for boosted damage, shifting combat conditions tied to the current genre, and mashup attacks that combine the party’s styles. The game also offers customization options, including toggles for features such as environmental puzzles.

The cast reveal arrives with a fresh look at one of the game’s musical numbers, built around Cadence trying to recruit classic rocker Fret into her group.
In the Xbox Wire clip, she approaches him as he is dealing with trouble from Homestead forces, including Martell. Xbox Wire notes that Jason Charles Miller voices and sings Fret, and that he wrote and produced the song featured in the clip, plus most of the game’s musical numbers.
Here is the newly detailed main cast, including separate speaking and singing performers where applicable. Cadence is played by Heather Gonzalez for dialogue, with LEXXE handling her vocals. Fret is voiced and sung by Jason Charles Miller. Synthia is voiced by Erika Ishii for dialogue, with Amanda Angeles singing.

Vox is voiced by Mansa “Wakil” Wakili. Cerrin is voiced by Marwan Salama. Arc is voiced by Alex Boniello. Sharp is voiced and sung by Joe Zieja. Anthony is voiced by Griffin Burns. Lasso is voiced by Sean Kenin Elias Reyes for dialogue, with Drew Ryder Smith singing. Martell is voiced by Debra Wilson. Annette is voiced by Erica Lindbeck for dialogue, with Elizabeth Zharoff singing.
People of Note is currently set for a 2026 release as a digital-only title on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, plus Nintendo Switch 2. Xbox Wire’s post also frames the Xbox version within the Xbox ecosystem, including Xbox on PC and Xbox Cloud through Xbox Play Anywhere. Below is the “Mashup” Official Song Clip.
