A randomized controlled trial was conducted with 210 PLWH (105 in each of the intervention and usual care control arms) who were assessed at baseline and months 6, 12 and 18. Jack asks: “Hi Murray Do we have enough information to actually describe how the Huns were dressed for war? Did they look much the same as the Goths or other migration era peoples? Is it a misconception to think they looked anything like the later Mongols? Did they go in for bright or rich fabrics in their panoply, like other Warrior cultures? I’ve heard that they were keen to get their hands on silk fabric, did they then wear this into battle? Join us on Patreon patreon.com/ancientwarfarepodcast

A pair of children’s shoes is an odd place to look for the changing dynamics of American power. But stick with me because, after the past year, it is one of the clearest places to see them.Long before those shoes reach a store shelf, tariffs have raised the cost of materials, components, and importation. When both shocks arrive together, companies cut margins, cut orders, cheapen materials, delay investment, and eventually pass the pain on to consumers. Now, multiply that across the economy, and you start to see the…
