In this paper, workshop participants from government, nonprofit, private sector, and research organizations identify priorities for managing escalating polycrises. Key recommendations include AI-powered early warning systems, regional data consortia and resilience investment trusts, and innovative insurance solutions. Implementation requires simultaneous attention to policy, infrastructure, capacity, and institutional readiness, and use of scalable pilots.
