- Load rating nearly tripled to 70 lbs
- Toray unidirectional (UD) carbon fiber legs
- CNC machined aluminum leg lock levers. Durable, adjustable, & cold weather rated.
- Monolithic stop caps replace the internal leg stop shims found on standard tripods, drastically improving leg service life
- Four-position independent leg splay (0°, 25°, 45°, 85°) lock closed at 0° to prevent inadvertent splay during transport
- Interlocking gear mount creates a semi-permanent connection with the TH-1.4 ball head that won’t rotate loose in the field
- Hard-anodized aluminum (FDE & OD Green), and painted carbon legs (OD Green)
- Includes urethane feet (installed) and 304 stainless steel spiked feet
