UFC lightweight Arman Tsarukyan is in hot water — again.
Tsarukyan is one of the top contenders in his division, thanks to recent wins over Dan Hooker and Charles Oliveira. Unfortunately, a crack at the lightweight title has continued to elude him.
Tsarukyan has kept incredibly busy outside the Octagon while he waits for a title shot. He has been competing regularly in wrestling matches with Real American Freestyle (RAF), and has frequently collaborated with high-profile streamers and influencers to keep his visibility up.
During a recent live stream appearance, Tsarukyan can seen choking a fan unconscious. While the fan didn’t offer much resistance, the UFC star held the choke for quite a while, leaving his victim twitching on the floor, and onlookers grimacing with worry.

As you might expect, many fans were quick to condemn Tsarukyan for his decision making.
“Lost respect for Arman watching this, he held this way to long and bro knows better,” one social media user wrote.
“Jesus why’d he hold on so long,” another fan wrote.
“Arman trying to kill fans on a Thursday,” a third person said. “He held that shit 10 seconds longer than he should’ve.”
“Arman is about to get cut by the UFC,” another fan wrote. “Kid was out for 5 seconds.”
While it is unlikely Tsarukyan faces any discipline for this incident, it’s unlikely to help his case for a title shot.
Nonetheless, there is little question he is one of the best lightweights alive. He has lost just twice in the UFC, first to Islam Makhachev in his short-notice debut, and later against former KSW champ Mateusz Gamrot.
