VLADISLAV VASILEV has announced the launch of their hardcore tactical action title, Glory Ages – Vikings, now available on iOS. It comes from the creators of the Glory Ages Samurais, and the devs have confirmed about an Android release coming soon.
Pick up your sword and battle enemies in brutal Norse era
If you love titles like the Ghost of Tsushima, I think you’re going to enjoy Glory Ages – Vikings, since it’s combat takes inspiration from that title. Now, the game drops you into the harsh Northmen era, letting you engage in skill-based battles where your timing and strategy are equally important to win.

Gameplay wise, you can parry, dodge, and even launch counter-attacks at the perfect time instead of mindless tapping. Not only that, but you can also chain attacks and use special abilities to break enemy defenses. I saw the combat videos and it’s really cool but don’t expect exact Souls or GoT like combat.
You can unlock new techniques, use authentic weapons, and fight across detailed locations
I liked how they’ve implemented Advanced AI, where each enemy fights differently, some being aggressive while others are cautious. Thankfully though, you can unlock new techniques and upgrade your hero’s stats to keep up with these enemies and even defeat them.
Now, for me, the game looks very enjoyable and promising thanks to its skill-based combat, detailed locations, dynamic weather, historically inspired armors and swords, deep progression, and more. Plus, everything’s complemented by the solid atmospheric soundtracks, and you can enjoy this whole experience offline.
Glory Ages – Vikings is now available on iOS and you can go ahead and download the game via the App Store. The devs stated on Reddit that they’re, “definitely releasing it on Android!,” so stay tuned for more updates!
